Q3 in Review: Progress Across Prime Phenix
Q3 in Review: Progress Across Prime Phenix
Every quarter, the Prime Phenix team comes together for our huddle, a chance to step back from the day-to-day and see the bigger picture of what we’re building together.
This quarter, that meant hearing directly from every department, not just on what has gotten done but also why it matters for where we are headed next.

WHAT HAPPENED AT THE HUDDLE:
CPO: Our CPO kicked things off, setting the scene for the quarter and framing where the business is headed next.
Design: The Design team followed with a look at their late design decisions, regarding our West Ealing all-inclusive studios, from material choices to navigating new regulations.
Development Operations: Development Operations walked the teams through the rollout of new softwares and structures crucial for maintaining a highly regulated, efficient environment.
Construction: Construction provided progress reports on the Stirtling Gardens development in Acton and Walm Lane development in Willesden Green, outlining what to expect in the coming weeks.
Commercial & Programme: Followed by the commercial and programme team sharing where things stand on delivery timelines and commercial performance.
Procurement: Then Procurement discussed supplier diversification, the integration of Procure and Pipefy, and highlighted areas for improvement for streamlining operations.
Finance: Finance followed with an update on how well things have been going with the new Procure and Pipefy software, alongside confirmation that everything has been submitted to HMRC on time this quarter.
HR/Executive: Welcomed new team members and shared progress on Fixflo implementation, as well as putting together clearer job descriptions for the team.
Marketing: Marketing closed things out, presenting our latest brand awareness milestones, campaigns such as Acton Hidden Rivers, and research findings feeding into our upcoming all-inclusive studios development in West Ealing.
What stood out most wasn’t just the progress; it was seeing how each department’s work connects to one another. A quarter’s worth of decisions, all building toward the same goal.

Then, Something a Little Different…
After the presentations, the team traded the boardroom for the shuffleboard table. There is immense value in a team that can pivot from a serious quarterly meeting straight into good-natured competition in an instant. After rigorous competition, it was our CEO, Amir, who came out on top. With the help of great food and drink, the afternoon had the kind of relaxed energy that a quarterly update alone doesn’t quite capture.
We also took a moment to celebrate and bid a fond farewell to our intern, Charlotte. She has been a fantastic support and a true mood-lifter for the team. We wish her the very best!
Moments like these are part of why we do this quarterly. The presentations tell you what the team has achieved; the shuffleboard afterwards show you why the team works.
