Meet Narges – Head of Commercial & Programme at Prime Phenix

At Prime Phenix, our people are at the heart of every project. Today, we’re introducing Narges Salimi, our Head of Commercial and Programme. With a wealth of experience on major railway projects such as the Elizabeth Line and the Gatwick Station redevelopment, as well as large-scale oil and gas refineries and subsea oil extraction fields, Narges brings exceptional technical knowledge, strong leadership, and a grounded sense of purpose (with a touch of humour) to everything she does.

We caught up with Narges to learn more about her career journey, inspirations, and what she enjoys most about working at Prime Phenix. 

Favourite Project So Far
“My favourite project has been the Star Court Development in Romford, a building with commercial space and 49 residential flats. It was my first project with Prime Phenix as a project manager and the first time I was closely involved in a build from the ground up. That made it an especially meaningful experience.”

Day-to-Day Inspiration
“I genuinely love what I do, with all its ups and downs. You either do what you love or learn to love what you do!”

Advice to Her Younger Self
“You never know what opportunities might come your way or where your career could take you, so stay open, curious, and keep exploring.”

Life Outside of Work
“Travelling, reading, cooking, sports, hiking, and spending time with family and friends, there are so many things I love to do. With such limited free time, I try to squeeze in a bit of everything whenever I can.”
