The Story Behind Prime Phenix

Every great home begins with a vision, a belief that architecture can do more than provide shelter; it can enhance lives, foster communities, and respect the world around it. Since 2016, Prime Phenix has been bringing that vision to life across London, crafting residences that balance thoughtful design, sustainability, and lasting quality.

Founded by Dr Amir Naghsh, Prime Phenix was built on the idea that property development should be both innovative and responsible. With construction led by Dr Rahi Rahbari, our team combines engineering precision with creative design to deliver developments that not only look beautiful but perform exceptionally well for the people who live in them.

Our story began in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, where we launched two boutique luxury apartment schemes. Each development was crafted with exceptional attention to detail, from underground parking and cinema rooms to gyms and landscaped gardens, creating residences that set a new standard for quality living outside the capital. These early successes established our reputation for excellence and laid the foundations for the company’s rapid growth.

From those first projects, we have expanded our reach and ambition, delivering a growing portfolio of developments across London that vary in scale from boutique nine-unit schemes to larger, mixed-use projects of up to forty-nine homes. Each reflects increasing complexity and design innovation, underpinned by our enduring principles of craftsmanship, sustainability, and a deep respect for context.

Today, we are delivering some of our most exciting projects yet. In South Acton, we are proud to be shaping the regeneration of Bollo Lane with two key developments: Stirling Gardens, delivering 88 beautifully designed homes with commercial space, and Stirling Works, adding 51 apartments with commercial space. Together, these projects reflect our strong belief in West London as a thriving area for modern, sustainable living. In Willesden Green, Walm Lane brings 48 new apartments to North West London, further demonstrating our commitment to revitalising key neighbourhoods.

But our ambitions reach beyond the bricks. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, not as a trend, but as a long-term commitment. Our in-house architectural team carefully designs every layout to ensure long-term functionality, minimising the need for future changes while maximising efficiency and comfort. By applying passive design principles, from optimal daylighting to flexible layouts, our homes adapt seamlessly throughout their lifecycle. We integrate smart energy systems and sustainable technologies, including solar panels, and energy-efficient systems that reduce environmental impact while lowering operational costs for residents. With this holistic approach, each residence we build not only provides a future-proof living solution but also promotes eco-conscious living and well-being for our homeowners.

Our focus on sustainable, people-first design naturally extends into the next phase of urban living and co-living. As our way of living continues to evolve, so too does our vision. We are now expanding into co-living developments, reimagining urban living for a new generation that values community, flexibility, and connectivity. These projects aim to bring people together through shared spaces and experiences, while still providing the privacy and comfort of high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes.

At Prime Phenix, we believe that a home is more than a place — it’s part of a lifestyle, a community, and a legacy. With every development, we aim to build not just for today, but for the future — creating homes that stand the test of time, both in design and in purpose.

We believe that property development isn’t just about building structures, it’s about building stories that endure.
